Experience: 

I’ve been a massage therapist since November 1999, beginning my career at The Ritz-Carlton in Laguna Niguel, CA and Amadeus Spa and Salon in Newport Beach, CA. Having personally experienced recovery from two motor vehicle accidents, I understand the challenges of living with physical discomfort. This empathy informs my approach—my massages are detailed, intuitive, and focused on addressing the root cause of tension and pain. Many of my clients have been with me for years, and I deeply value their continued trust and loyalty.

Since becoming certified in Hypnobabies in January 2009, I have taught childbirth hypnosis classes and supported numerous couples through their birth journeys beginning in October 2007. While I am no longer offering birth support services, I remain committed to educating and empowering expecting families.
